What happened to mu's 4-10 to 4-13?

Looking through the regs at turkey seasons...ok, 4-1 to 4-9, and 4-14 to 4-40...ok, where this pocket of turkey safety...
Maybe it's the lucky, but they seem to be missing. Totally not there.

There's never been a 4-10 to 4-13. Nobody's ever questioned it, as far as I know of. Hmmm..........

When they created region 8 or enlarged it they took parts of other regions...when I first started hunting 8-15 it was 4-10....I think 8-15,14,13,12 were 4-10,11 12 and 13.

I think parts of region 3 were also included..I think 21 to 25 and some lower numbers
