I jinxed myself by buying 2 tags. My first and only chance was a tall 2 point earlier on and I missed a head shot at 150 yds. No shot on the vitals.
Yesterday I was out early WT hunting in 8-14 and my buddy spots a muley buck at about 80yds. He can't get a decent look, but from where I am I can see 3 points. I said relax was over for 4 points the day before. Buck is in no hurry as he has a harem above us.I passionately waited to look for the 4th point with by Bushnell elite on 16x. Finally he moves his head and there it is 4th point. He then gives me a few back and forth head moves to show off his nice typical 4 point rack and promptly book's saying so long sucker you should have been here yesterday!
