Hey,
just curious what you guys pay for fly in trips, I know it goes by KM, but I'm just curious to what ball park of price range I would be looking at. Lookin for a average price.
Thanks

Depends on the type plane and distance of course.
My pockets aren't as deep as butchers'. The planes I charter don't have waitresses .

Hmm beaver aircraft..2 at Dease lake..1 at Atlin.. $10 air mile. .include pilots return flight..this year 1 flight in 2 flights out..second flight for meat..each flight $ 1039 for each flight includes taxes.
You only need 20 minutes to reduce pressure from boats, atv, horse hunters
There are alternatives out there..closer lakes using 185 on floats.
Lots and lots of exec lent lakes to hunt , fish..
Cheers

Last year we did 1 flight each way, this included a (smallish) moose on the way out. We packed fairly light to make this work. Pretty sure it was under $1000 all in by the time it was done.

Side note, it did not get is away from other hunters like we had hoped. So that was a bummer.

We were at $10 a mile this year we BC/Yukon as well. The past 4 years, 3 trips, $9 a mile the first year, $9.50 the next, and $10 this year, my guess is $10.50 next year lol.

Also- there is always a minimum distance charge. If you pic a lake that is only 5 miles away, you won't be paying 5x4trips x price per mile. 40 miles is usually the minimum distance .....so 40x4 times the rate per mile....IIRC?
