Quality time with the kid

I was to visit Candace on Tuesday. She was looking forward to hunting for a couple days. She thought she might head out Mon afternoon for grouse and scout some new area, that's when the buck decided to show himself. Candace messaged a picture of the buck and said she was considering the shot, but being solo and all, she was patient, until I came back and told her to put him in the freezer. The next text arrived and showed a 3 point on the ground. She watched him climb a small hill that not only gave her opportunity at a shot, but an opportunity to load buck in truck solo.
She managed to gut, load and get the buck home solo, amazing solo hunt.
I'm extremely proud of the young lady
