Ok, I am leaning towards calf moose, but it looks to have a longer tail, kinda like a White Tail. But this stands much taller than the standard Whities I have been getting on cam, plus the legs are chunkier. And I have captured some moose pics on another cam I have set up not to far from this one, so I know moose frequent the area. The second pic is for comparison sake. Granted, the hair and coloring does not look like moose at all.

Whitetail no question how the colour in the tail gradually gets darker toward the bottom, and you can see the white around the edges of the tail on its ass

As stated above, 100% whitetail.

Actually, the rear of the doe on the left is about the same distance from the cam as the rear of the other animal. Here is a pick of a buck that has been showing up a few times lately. He too is the same distance from cam. But he stands much shorter than the other animal. So if the other animal is a buck (or doe), I am thinking it is a bit of a giant. (body wise). Ground is perfectly flat as well, so it's not standing on something elevated.

I had a 7 or 8 year old buck coming in last year. His body was waaaay bigger than any other whitetail on camera. His tracks were also much larger than any other buck.
This could be a larger/older buck???

I would really like it to be!! I have seen and taken some ok sized 5 pointers out of this spot, but no monster yet.

3 or 4 years ago, not far from this location, we kept seeing this one doe that stood a good two feet taller than all the other mature deer around her. I got really excited one time as I saw this group of deer and then spotted in the back this monster deer, but I couldn't see the head. Was sure it was going to be a BIG buck. Turned out to be this doe. She was a sight to behold.
