How do I delete photos from manage attachments, It seems to be stopping me posting pictures. Thanks Steve!

How do I delete photos from manage attachments, It seems to be stopping me posting pictures. Thanks Steve!

I would also like to know how to do this. If you remove a picture from your gallery it still remains in the manage attachments utility.
