First Deer...Maybe?

Hey guys,
It's my first year hunting and went to 3-31 a couple of weeks back with no luck of seeing any bucks. Planning a day trip leaving this Saturday night, sleeping in the truck and hunting the next day. Thinking about going to Savona or Hedley and am not quite sure if these would even be good places to go at this time of year. Not asking for anyones honey holes, but hopefully you guys provide a couple tips or maybe pm me if you would rather?

Stemwinder fsr just west of hedley is a good little road with mule deer on it

was up stemwinder a few weeks ago, be careful climbing up that road, very narrow, and during the week had logging trucks hauling pretty quick down it. happy hunting
