Waterfowl bag

Hi
After this last big rain, I realized the bag I am using for duck hunting is no longer effective.
Can anyone suggest a good waterfowl bag. Something that is "waterproof", can hold enough stuff for a day hunting, straps to tie down a Thermos, enough room for at least 2-3 box is shell ( different shell for ducks and geese) etc etc.

Cabelas Northern Flight came bag. About $75 I think, heavy rubberized bottom and lots of room. Didn't see it online, just the higher end Northern flight for $130 Buddy has that one, nice bag!
