October Opener hunting pics

Just got back from our trip in region 3 and thought I'd share some pics. I was using my camera to shoot the critters this time as we DID NOT see any legal shooters.

The only buck we saw. They wouldn't leave the private land. He's the one looking at us. Smart!

Went to a new spot and found white tails!!! Saw 5 of them in total. No bucks.

This one was at 277 yards away. Stared at it and its buddies for about 10 minutes thru my binos hoping they would grow horns. But no luck there.

We didn't get our deer but we got some chickens and introduced someone new to the sport. Still a successful hunt in my books!

3 trips up there, and they seem to have all vanished. a couple friends got their WT already, and I havent seen one yet this year!
