Had an accident on Saturday on my way to first trip of the season.
Got a call from ICBC today.
"We're writing it off", just like that.
Frame's twisted.

Long story short, need a ride.
I'm not gonna let this accident ruin my weekend hunting trips.

If anyone's willing to take me along, I'm more than happy to share the costs.
Hell, I'll even throw in a cup coffee

FYI, I'm LMV.

Thanks in advance, even if you say no.

Aren't you the very first one who helped me start out?

We met in Steveston?

I'm in richmond.
I did 180 degrees on Alex Fraser ramp.
Note to self: high speed offroad tires on paved roads in the rain is recipe for surprises.

That suuucks dude. I feel your pain as I'm kind of in the same boat as you. I'm sure there will be members on here that'll help you out. Check the hunting buddy classifieds thread too.

This is exactly what happened to me 2 years ago. Winter tires pouring rain ended up with a totalled vehicle. In the city slow speeds even

Cuz it cheap, I can't use it for going inside the woods.

If you talk to icbc they might give you thier rate for a rental i think it was anout $40 a day maybe less. Mine was written off last summer and I didn't have rental coverage but because it was a hit and run they sorg of worked with me

Haha, I too showed up at the butchers with a black bear in the truck of my wife's cobalt. I wrapped it in a tent fly cause that's all I had. Definitely got a funny look from my butcher.

I guess no one is nice enough to take me along.:(

That's ok since I'm picking up the cheque from ICBC tomorrow.
I'll go buy myself a shiny brand new truck just to scratch it all up in the woods.
