Kennedy lake Princeton hunting?

Hey friends!
My husband and I are taking our 4 girls hunting this weekend up to Kennedy lake near prinction for the first time ,staying at our friends cabin. Any advice would be great we don't know the area too well. Our friends have been up the past 2 weekends for bear and deer with no luck :(

I haven't seen much but there are tonnes of spruce grouse this year. Good luck

was up a couple weeks ago with my son both right near the lake and down on the whipsaw, came across lots of ruffs but they were quick only managed a couple. Saw a dozen or so does over 2.5 days and one bear about 1/2 mile from the lake.
