Access Road Info MU6-1

I am looking to access Kuyakuz lake from Quesnel via Batnuni FSR.

Can anyone advise if this road is clear and safe all the way to the lake?
Looks to be 200km. First time there, current accurate info only please.

That's a real complicated set of roads if you don't know the area. I'd advise going to Vanderhoof. Kenny dam Rd, then the Kluskus to 99.5, and then the Blue road to Kayakuz lk. The other way there is no fuel beyond Sylvia's café 55km south of nazko. Makenzie trail is impassible with a normal vehicle, and the other connector road through Swede creek is deactivated.

As Dellis posted, there is very little access into region 6 via the Batnunni Road, you end up going North and then back in, which is no shorter than Vanderhoof.

I was just up there on a quad, and saw some trucks going through, but they had some good rubber. I'm planning on picking up a Sidekick I just dropped off at Zuki Nation in Kelowna and spending some time on that trail. Should be fun!

They're right about coming in from Vanderhoof, but it's a long drive!
