So recently i bought a pair of tasco 7-15x35 for $25. they turned out to be a piece of crap in the rain.

I could use my costco points to buy a pair of binoculars, but the only brand they sell is celestron. I have never hear of the brand before. Price range is $150ish. Have you ever owned one of these binoculars? Should i get them?

ps: im on a budget and i cant spend more than $150 on the binos.

Yes have heard of and used a pair of Celestron porro prism 7x50 binoculars, they had great optics and seemed to be fairly well made, the Tug boat company I worked for bought a pair for every boat after considerable research trying to find a decent binocular at a fair price, I was pleasantly surprised at the clarity of the binocular.

I have owned a pair of 8x42 Celestron Regals for over 20 years. They were over $800 when I bought them. Awesome glass, made in Japan.
