Wolves in my region 2 alpine spot....

Hey I just spent Saturday in one of my good region 2 alpine spots. Last year a saw 7 deer and a small buck while up there. Saw very few deer tracks this saturday and all looked old, I saw tons of wolf tracks though. It was really fogged in and rained a ton so I didn't get to check out the whole area. Didn't see any game except a few grouse in the alpine but still was a fun trip and a good exercise trip. I was thinking of still heading up there again this Saturday if it's not fogged in again. Is this normal for region 2? Should a even bother heading back there because of the wolves?

Oh if I ever see a wolf I'll empty a mag or two. Wolves are killing everything.

I saw a small black one up Foley Lake years ago but I haven't seen another one since. Lots of sign up in my other spots I just haven't had a chance to peg one.

My seasons pretty packed already, I usually plan all my hunts the year prior. Gives me something to live for when I can't go hunting.

Had the same thing happen last year in one of my spots. 3 bucks and bunch of does while scouting for a day. A couple of weeks later no deer but nice wolf pack....
