Mountain hunt: a little too close to a Grizz: video

So, my husband and two oldest girls went scouting for a future sheep hunt in 3-32 and as always, put together a little video. They found sheepy country but no sheep on this particular occasion. They did however get way too close to a Grizzly sow and cubs as well as some awesome made-in-bc-scenery:

I think a pea shooter is better than no peashooter. However, to parrot someone else, a second firearm shared between two may be practical.

My girls are little younger than yours (9/11) and they're hiking into the alpine with me looking for four pointers - so much fun - we're doing day trips out of the truck (camp at the trail head and hike in). Looks like I should be shopping for a couple of backpacks and spread the weight around... :)
