Nothing is open this year. Not even the native lake fishery is happening.

False. Kamloops Lk is open until Sept 15, limit of one daily. Have caught two in 3 trips out. Not chrome like what we usually catch in the lower non-tidal Fraser, but desperate times call for desperate measures!

Wayne, if anchored you hang various spoons/spinners in the current. FST is a very common one. Sometimes they like them unweighted near the surface, other times weighted and deeper. Have to play around to figure it out on that day. Be sure you are above (upstream of) the boundary signs, the river is closed as Bighorn is saying.

Thanks just talked to fisheries and ya he said kamloops lake is open just not below. Would you think that trolling a flasher with a spoon or an apex would work weighted to get deep thanks for info when did you catch yours looking 4 jerky
