7 nights away till Jr Season, i cant wait. I already have a deer tied to an apply tree waiting lol

We were out scouting for youth season last weekend. My daughter found a nice buck she has named "Little Grey". Hoping he'll be in the same area in a week.

All three of us are taking our daughters out this Jr Season, thats soo cool. I always take a kid out, nephews, son, etc, this is the first for my girl. I have told her a trophy is anything we can get, and she said ya anything bigger that her brothers. I also got her bros mounted.........guess what she expects :)

Awesome stuff, BFC! I'll also be taking out my daughter for the youth opener. She basically looks at the body to decide if it's coming home with us or not. Yearlings don't have enough meat on them for her liking. Lol! I always let her decide.

I will be taking my son and daughter out. It will be my daughters first youth hunt. My son will make one tryout for midget A, then go hunting. Team will need D men.

This will be my youngest son's first year hunting, just finished his core in July. He is so excited and can hardly wait. Older brothers have already got their first deer. Heading out for the opener. Success to you all!!! hunting with your kids is the best.
