quick question about 7-23D

A friend of mine got his LEH for bull moose in 7-23D, however he is the only one who can take the shot, the rest of us are thinking about getting some tags for other animals.

if we were to get tags for Deer (either white tailed or Mule) Elk, or Black bear would we be wasting our time? If I was to get my migratory game bird licence is there a good chance at some ducks or geese?

we will be brining a canoe and we will be heading up next week any help would be appreciated.

Bear tag, moose tag, mule deer tag, and there are some cool wetlands around there, up the 800rd, and along the parsnip. The adjacent valley to the north has a really good canoeing River. Fishing might be good for dollies too! Moosin
