Any one out there with success in the early bull season? Man the heat and the full moon did not help at all.... Bulls out at 9:15.... Dark at 9:30...hiking in griz country in dark... Fun stuff.

Saw lots but cant cross a mountain range in 10 minutes before dark.

Saw that clear water fsr was its usual highway....

Any luck?

Just spent the weekend out in the peace, didn't see a moose!! Tons of hunters got messed up with the new reg changes being 23rd of August for 7-33 etc but few camps out early hunting, ended up doing my part and taking a wolf last evening out!!

Unfortunately it got dark too quick. Very large neck on this guy, monster body overall really. The white swirl in the velvet is nice, should look good on the wall when boom taxidermy is done with the shoulder mount.

Have them take the velvet off first. I have a caribou in velvet and the moths got to it. Taxi in the lower mainland said velvet's a moths favorite.

If I am not mistaken, it is the Graham R. with some amazing grayling and bull fishing, especially on the fly!!

It is good from now until the end of Sept for grayling, bulls are closed!!

Nice bull Branman, congrats!!!

Cheers
