Wondering if this will at least give the farmers and the local hunters some leeway with the local government, because that area has so, so many big bears. Females like these get pushed out of the feeding spots by the big boars. I know a couple that would make good rugs/coats.
Poor kid, hope she recovers, kudos to the dad for being a badass.
