So I had permission to hunt my employers property for early season moose but it sounds like he's changed his mind and has decided to hunt it this year. My son and I took time off of work to do our first moose hunt together so I find myself looking for another spot.
I ran up the hwy (i live in the lower mainland but work in FSJ) and did some scouting around Wonowon. Almost every wet spot on the roads have wolf tracks in them and theres a surprising amount of oil and gas road activity going on. Its not worth hunting imho.
Anybody willing to offer a suggestion as to which M-U I should take him to for an early moose hunt? Nothing specific, just a general area. We'll travel anywhere in 7b.
