Thermacell

So I did a search before I asked this question so I would not have people repeating themselves, and all i could find was some old stuff and nobody really having any experience.

I am looking at getting a Thermacell for the trailer as the door always seems to be open when there is no wind and the bugs are out in force.
Anybody with any experience with them?
Better than the "Coil"?
Life expectancy out of a cartridge?
What about during hunting?

Any and all info would be greatly appriciated, especially by my wife.

Hagen on the board bought one and we used it in the cranbrook area...

everything Ive heard has been good, my friend used it at the entrance of his wall tent hunting last fall and they had next to no bugs in the tent. Wind ****s it up though

IIRC the scent pads last around 12 hours

Mine is great too. No bugs, even when I walk the dogs.

Tell Hagen he has to turn it on, LOL, all in fun.
