Some really great video in that piece. I laughed at the shot in the final scenes of the inflatable with all the gear!

Awesome filming and editing but the dramatic narration was annoying...

Where was all their meat? After their swim they only had backpacks and antlers. Great video though, thanks for posting.

They had another group of guys following them with a big inflatable raft. The Hermit mentioned it a few posts before. It was loaded to the brim!Watch just near the end you can see them fire up the Honda generator too!
great footage.

While the footage was great with a good tribute, having seen how they make shows, the swim was for sure rigged! I had a chuckle over their paddling skills abut nonetheless I bet it was a great trip and adventure for everyone that few get to do!

The product placement was as always fairly cheesy but I guess that's how the bills get paid. The quality of picture was great though.

And I'm sure you'll laugh at my paddling skills one day too.

Lol. Not really. I like giving tips / instruction to anyone that helps improve in a big way and enjoy it!

Lots of things I'm not too good at too.

The swim was definitely not staged to my knowledge and the lead editor of the film (Aaron Hitchins) is a friend of mine. They had the one canoe for the two hunters and a raft for the other camera/support crew.

Some nice footage. Pretty heavy with the drama voice overs. Felt a tear well up when they started crying after they got the second bull with the bow.

two of my friends were on the trip (one was in the film one was paddling) they were very accomplished paddlers who work as raft guides in the yukon their stories of the trip are quite entertaining for sure!
