Bowser River Access 6-16

Planning a goat hunt for 6-16 in september, was wondering if anyone would be able to provide some info on boat access to the river. From what I under stand if you turn north off the stewart cassiar highway before you cross the Bell river and head north there is a spot where there used to be a old logging bridge? Are you able to launch a boat at this old bridge site? OR can you launch a boat where the stewart cassiar crosses the Bell? Any help would be greatly appriciated, its a long drive and hopeing to get a couple details figured out.

It's bin years since I've bin there but if you make it too the lake there is some really good fishing right at the entrance to the lake from the river. Bring your trout rod you won't be disappointed.
