KUIU redemption

Special shoutout and thanks to KUIU for redeeming and saving a long standing customer. After some recent posts about their customer service I too had followed in the other posters steps and ranted. I was approached by a KUIU staff rep who advised KUIU wanted to fix my impression of KUIU.

Mine either, they didn't even bother replying to my last email. I will be spending my money else where, glad to hear it worked out in the OP's case.
