Area 6-2 zone B. Help please

Got a shared hunt LEH draw for moose in 6-2 area B.
This was our second choice, we didn't realize that it was on the other side of a large river. Is there any way across to it from the Otsa Lake area? Would it be possible to cross the river in a 15' Alaskan with 10 hp outboard? Any advice on hunting this area?

Zone B is tweedsmuir park. I'm not sure what the rules are over there. But I'm sure some of the guys on here do.

Charter float plane in burns lake and fly in to one of the many moose lakes in the park.
