How lucky have you been in the LEH? Maybe one great draw one year? Maybe a few good ones in the same year? I've been lucky in the LEH in the 6 years since I started hunting. To me it's my favorite day of the year, better than Christmas.

I have not been lucky but my dad has had similar luck to Dave. In about a ten year period he pulled a 150:1 sheep draw. Got a 40:1 Kelowna moose draw, the next year got a 20:1 region 3-12 moose draw, the next year nothing, the following year gets another 40:1 Kelowna moose draw. Those are just the big ticket ones. He doesn't even count the 8:1 mule deer doe draws he got every 3-4 years or the 8:1 ash old sheep draw. He used to get quite mad when he didn't pull a moose draw around Kelowna.

My friend was drawn 2 times in 3 years for 1-10G bull elk.

I got drawn 7 years in a row, including Bull Moose 2 yrs in a row. Last moose draw was in 2010, haven't been drawn for anything since. Such is life I guess. Good thing I am willing to travel a long way to hunt areas where draws are not necessary. :cool:

since they started 3 bison, 2 rosies, too many bull moose to remember but at least a dozen, 3 doe mules, 1 doe whitey,
best year was Bull Bison and Rosie elk, both close to 100 to 1 that year

Our group got 8 out of 10 draws this year, I got all 4 of mine! Haven't had a bull moose draw in many years, but my freezer is never empty! With the GOS in BC, you can hunt all but grizz, Rosie's, and bison! Be nice not to have to count points for moose this year!moosin

Only gotten a few doe draws in the last 7 years. usually odds around 4:1 or less. Only ever put in for moose/deer though.

This year I put in for 5 species. Pulled a shared moose draw, grizz and mule doe. 2k16 could be a good year!

I personally have had two Roosevelts, eighth moose draws since 91'. I skipped a few years putting in for moose as I enjoyed going up to 7B a lot. This year, we got 3 bull draws region 6. Hope it all works out.

I received 3 doe draws in 4 years and my first moose draw since I started putting in about 4 years ago. Our groups drew 4 Bulls for 6 guys this year so with some hard work and a little luck we should have a busy camp and a full freezer this year.

My youngest son 17 years ago . Drew Elk,Moose, Griz and Bison all in the same year. Got every one except the Elk and he had a qiuck shot at one.

All my entries this year were very good odds, except Island Elk (which was unsuccessful). Pulled Grizz, Moose, Caribou, and Goat....cant wait to get out, only 2 months away!!

Once I changed jobs between the application deadline and the draw, I got three draws that year. We had a project start in the beginning of September, I worked sixty three days straight........ What a waste of the best draw year I've ever had.

my group of 3-5 peeps has gone 8 years in a row with at least someone getting a draw...last year was the worst with only one mule doe among 4 of us but we still split 6 deer between 3 of us including 5 wt...this year we got a moose draw (for 2) in reg 5 for the 3 of us core people in the group. successes have included : 2 goats, 1 solo cow and 2 shared hunts of 2 bull moose, 4 mule doe draws, 3 wt doe draws, no attempts for sheep no successes for elk no attempts for bison...

Got a moose and grizz this year in the same MU and times - that is pretty darn good!! BUT I would give up all opportunity for the rest of my life to get a VI Rosie draw... I've been putting in for decades. Honestly think the system should change to exclude previous winners from future draws.

I am 1 for 20, so not very lucky. I put in for a few 1.1-1.6/1 draw odds and still nothing. I guess someones got to lose.

I have got lots of draws over the years. I always played the odds game and was willing to travel and see new country.

Best year, probably the ear I shot my book grizzly and 10-1/2" goat. Both draws were low odds draws and still are. I think I got a moose draw that year as well.
