7-02 Grizzly?

Hey I got a grizzly draw in 7-02. I put in for grizzly as a byproduct of a moose draw hunt and didn't get the Moose draw. So I would love any advice about grizzly in this area. Thanks

Fall grizzlies are generally way up high, high as the goats often. They are spread over the entire counrty, unlike the early spring when they concentrate on slides. Lots of berrys in the alpine until the snow comes. Good luck.

Hmmm yes fall and berries are synonymous. .however stroll along Teslin river...etc..berries are second only to salmon..or carrion..
They are where you find them..dont eliminate any area till you check..they are lazy ..will use valley trails..riverbanks..

The area I was planning for moose I scouted but I must say it's my first hunt in 7-02

I'll be running around 7-02 again this year with a Grizz tag, probably early October when i'm done with Goats. Struck out a few years back, but Grizz are definitely there. Dense bush in a lot of places, expect to spend a lot of time hiking, and not in the truck. Good Luck
