5-14 moose hunt info

Good evening folks, just wondering if I could pick your brains for a minute. I was lucky and got a 5-14 bull moose draw and was wondering if that FN imposed hunting ban affected that area at all. Looking back at a recent thread on this topic the map seems to show area 5-14 as being outside of the area. Only my second time going up to that area and I don't want to step on any ones toes. Thanks for any info. Jim

The area is mainly in 5-04... you're good.

Thanks guys that's one less thing to have to think about. Now I just have to figure out where Bullwinkle is hiding. Lol Only been to this area for the first time last year for mule deer and the spot I was hunting had next to nothing for moose sign so I at least know one place not to look. My second leh in 35 years so if I can spend 17 years getting the tag I'm sure I can spend a couple of months going over maps etc. I'm already looking forward to it. Thanks again Jim

You can pm me if you want. I took a Leh moose and a buck last year out of 5-14 last season. It was the only bull we saw in 9 days of hard hunting though.
