lookin to buy a new sleeping bag, will be used for backpacking and not so roughing it camping, looked at a North Face bag rated to -18C for 120$, any suggestions? thanks.

If, you can afford a bit more money, go to www.integraldesigns.com (http://www.integraldesigns.com) and buy their "Renaissance" Primaloft bag, it is a superior synthetic bag to any that I have seen or used and that's a lot.

look at mountain equipment co-op. My sweetheart bought me a -20 hybrid mummy bag for christmas. Very light forthe warmth factor, adn coupled with the appropriate compression sack, very packable

two different applications. That 120 bag may be bulky/heavy for packing, unless its on a horse.

I have that bag ..-18 North Face..exellent bag but for hiking a bit heavy ..almost 5 pounds...thats why I am looking for a lighter sleeping bag for summer HIKE IN trips...
