We are going to try a new area this year, if we get our draw for cow moose.Region 7-40 is the spot, any helpful hints on what logging road to start up.Good little fishing lake to try or camp by.We got our moose last year up by Prince George but it got very tiring when every one and their mother would drive by you bouncing and crashing along after hiking in at dark.Everyone has can hunt the way they want I guess.Trucks are good after along day tromping around to take you back for a soda at camp.God bless sodas.:)

Tooty try the pelly fsr, lots of cuts to look in there, and there is good fishing in the creeks for dollies.Tons of game and BIG grizz's so take an equalizer with you too. Probably avoid taking booze or drugs with you as that is a hot ticket up there for many of the locals. It can get crazy up there if everyone is under the influence so better to leave the brain numbers at home. Take lots of fuel and if you think you have enough supplies take one more of everything. Take two spares minimum for every rubber tired vehicle yopu are haulin up there, and probably a few cans of tire sealer as well. The moose hunting is good, there are lots of areas you can walk into also. There is elk up there I'm not sure if it is open though when cow moose opens up. Oct up there you can get lots of snow soo... Tire chain would be a good item too. Was up there in aug one summer and it snowed 6 inches, Just like a winter wonderland. Take lots of memory cards and batteries, cause it is beautiful and you will want to share it with us guys here. Good luck you will love the adventure up there. Moosin.
