Coldstream area

I'm thinking of heading up to the Coldwater area. Looking to get into a black bear.
Is this a decent area to go? Not looking for directions to anybody's honey holes. Just want to know if it's worth the drive from the lower mainland

some great hunting out that way,king Edward rd,harris creek.out towards mabel or sugar lake. lots of country, roads, and bears

I would head in East Anderson way just before Boston Bar,turn onto Uztilius creek and head into the Cold water.. Your call if you want to come home on the highway once you reach Merrit or backtrack... You should see one !
