being somewhat new to this i,m wondering how one goes about (the easiest way) to enter into a carribou area moose draw , and a more eastern elk draw and a 100 mile house doe draw?
is it all done online? or can one go to a hunting store? or?

Pick up a hard copy of last years LEH synopsis. You can study that until this years release and online application process. The draws, for the most part ,will be the same and last years will explain the in's and out's of the general process.
