Don't want to do deal with the rapp line. Anybody have a number for a CO or fisheries officer in this area?

Sorry. Can't help you with a direct number these days as I've lost touch with my CO acquaintance up that way.

Why wouldn't you want to use the RAPP line? I imagine there are legitimate reasons, but I don't have enough experience to come up with any.

If you don't use the RAPP line, then there is no file number and no reason for anybody to follow up with you.

Good luck calling them personally, most offices don't even have a clerk.

RAPP the only way. CO won't really respond with out file no. Calling RAPP also builds stats and justification for CO existence. It is fairly quick if urgent as well.
