Saw two Mulies with nice little fuzzy knobs starting yesterday. Seems a little early, but bodes well for wicked growth if some moisture is around for the year.

Saw this young lass and her two pals around our street last week. The two young fellas in the background looked to have last season's two points still and it seemed odd to me. Silly question, but do the young ones keep there head gear for a season or two, rather than drop them?

We seen a little 3 or 4 point with a small frame in the lumby area about three weeks ago, don't think it's uncommon

Yes, pretty standard for the younger males to keep their headgear longer than mature bucks/bulls. Pretty common to see raghorn and spike bull elk packing at the end of April and into May.

I seen a 3pt last Thursday still sporting a full rack.

Have seen dump deer sporting antlers in May. Also seen young deer that the landfill employees said where born in October/November. If there is year round food supply wildlife will adapt accordingly, breeding times aren't as critical I suppose.
