View Full Version : New Setter pup ! meet "Tag"

I picked him up in Minnesota two weeks ago. He's a nice little guy and very intelligent. I have high hopes for him to make a bird dog. we call him Tag. I have another one coming next spring from the same kennel.

He is a beauty! My GSP girl is 7 months now and her bird insticts are coming out full bore.. Its exciting as they get older.

Thanks guy's. I really am impressed by the little guy and hope he will make a decent bird dog. He's bred so I have to do my part and I made him a promise.

Nice looking setter.... does he have "Shadow Oak Bo" or "Tekoa Mountain Sunrise" in the pedigree?

It was a 7500 kms round trip. I had the camper with me so we just camped and hung out. He was a traveling superstar. Has yet to make a mess in the truck, camper or at home. He loved every minute of it and we really bonded. I had a blast and am doing it again this time next your for another one.

He's double bred Tekoa Mountain Sunrise top and bottom.


Nice looking setter.... does he have "Shadow Oak Bo" or "Tekoa Mountain Sunrise" in the pedigree?

I thought so... I had a Tekoa Mtn sired pup 20 yrs ago and he was both the best bird dog and plain old dog I ever had. Glad to see his blood is still running strong.

His son Tekoa Mountain Patriot is one hell of a sire as well and my pup has him in his breeding also.


I thought so... I had a Tekoa Mtn sired pup 20 yrs ago and he was both the best bird dog and plain old dog I ever had. Glad to see his blood is still running strong.
