In that pic I only see two on the right side = legal spike fork bull. Left side doesn't matter if the right is only two. I'd want a better view of the right before pulling the trigger though.

On second look, I think you're very right - the large rear tine on the right blends in nicely with the background brush.

Spike fork!! Immature is A sientific explanation of a mammals ability to breed, or behave, not an antler configuration for regulation of a species! Not an immy either! Spike fork, is the term, and that moose on the trail cam, I'll bet, is a fully functioning moose, maybe a bit childish, but able to ejaculate into a receiving cow moose, immature or otherwise!!! Actually, that's a pretty scrawny young bull, for that time if the year. Even the hide is not shiny black, like it should be.
I would think long and hard, before I shot that one.

It even fits the original description of "immature bull" aka "immy" from years past - before "spike-fork" was introduced.

The original picture shows just how easily a tine can hide in the surroundings, and why more than a quick glance is needed.
