Hi B
I am very familiar with these areas. There are actually 3 areas that you might want to look at 3-12 3-19 and 3-20. If I were going to pick for you I would choose 3-20 Access is good and a fair number of spots were you could set up As in all areas come the fall logging traffic really picks up so a radio is a must. Last winter there were between 100 and 200 loads a day coming coming out of that whole Thompson Plateau area.
The roads were kept plowed and open all winter so depending on your vehicle getting in and out should be pretty good.
Cheers
Pete

B; 3:19 would be my choice, meadow creek as a centre point, roads to drive and stop at creeks and meadows to set up a look out and do some calling, I've seen moose in that area and its been logged out a bit and a small fire a few years back makes for moose habitat. Just my thoughts on it of course. Good luck in your choices, Jelvis
