Log In HBC

My dad asked me to post this message he is having a hard time logging into HBC he said that he sent a request for a new password tried logging into HBC with the new password did not work he told me that he used the exact letters numbers the website gave him for the new password he also tried his keyboard on the internet to make sure that the keys on his keyboard worked have any ideas on why this is happening ???. What a crock of you no what many of times I requested a new password and I put the new password just like it said when sent to me would no logmein
finally after trying many times with the new password let me log in don't know what's up with that ??? I changed back to my old password once I got
logged into this site will see what happens now when I log back in will use my old password that I changed back a few min ago,,nothing had changed ???
it's harder trying to get back on track on this site then that of finding a 6 point elk to shoot :roll: :shock: :confused: :roll: :roll: .

There I just tried my old password that I used to use it logged me back in no problems..

Because it's not good idea to stay logged in .. I've got HBC, our on line news paper, load data and photo bucket in the tool bar space just below the top tool bar, and I've been logged in forever? I'm afraid if I do "Log Out" the powers that Be will change the name so I can't find this site again!

That's only if you are using a public computer, lets say at library for instance, someone could come in after you, enter the site as you, and post some great stuff.

I stay logged in on all the sites I frequent and I have my browser (Firefox) save the user name and password if I do get logged out...

I am just saying that all the years I have been on HBC and all the posts and threads etc I have put up
my quistion is why did this change on me today you tell me ??? I have always loged out and when I
want to log back into HBC I use my password and userers name thats the way I have always loged in..

Nope caps where off if I had the cap on would be capital letters....

I don't think to much of the administrator on this site is it not when you send this person an email telling them the proublum are they not to get back to you ???

Wayne, I also just kept logged in, no problems, if something goes sideways as losing passwords , or site, just log in with same password never had a problem, just saying Wayne.

One thing to bear in mind is that being a Mod here isn't their full time jobs. :wink: Guys have to work too. :wink:

Also make sure you have good security , it gets to the point that there is a lot of asshats that can get into your browers without you knowing. Been there, and a nightmare to follow , if your not carefull it can be brutal.
