Kakwa Park?

I'm looking to head into Kakwa park in the spring and hopefully find a few bears. Has anybody been to Jarvis lake in June? I'm worried the snow could be a real concern.

Jump in the truck and giver. Exploring is part of the adventure, always more fun when you dont know whats around the next corner.

I have been west and south of there in may and june. Similar big mountains and deep valleys. Even with snow on the roads there was lots if open slides when you muscle through the snow in the shade. I used tracks but often didnt need them. Lots if mud slides and blown out creeks that get even deeper on suny days after you have crossed in the am. Lots if fun and adventure to be had. I am sure it would be bo problem with horses.

Does anybody have any pictures of Bears from 7-18?

Definately an adventure getting in there but some big bears.Good luck.

How are the trails and tote road to get in there ? any idea what to use for fishing in the little lakes around kakwa park my guess its mostly rainbows .
anybody been to broadway lake and whiswaw?
