Well guys, for me the big game season is now over for another year, so immediately I start planning and daydreaming for next years LEH. I came across herds of elk twice this year in different zones while deer hunting, so I know which two draws I will be deciding upon for elk, and I saw bighorn sheep with my own eyes as well, so it's between that and the mystical Kamloops lake.

What draws are you guys daydreaming about? Let the research and fantasies begin!

Success, with the electronic results sooner than July.

LEH dreams, a freakin moose draw would be nice!!! Maybe a bison draw?! Maybe even put in for a grizz too?! Lots of GOS to hunt, so I never hold my breath for LEH. Sure would be nice to pull a moose draw though!!! Moosin

I stopped supporting LEH a while ago. I enjoy hunting. Not lotteries.

Might just decide to win the 6/49 instead of the elk draw this year.

LEH is just another form of provincial taxation. It has been over 10 years since I 'won' anything. Maybe I should buy a 6/49 ticket instead as Ozone suggests.

That's an awesome year to look forward to! Sometimes the anticipation of something is almost as enjoyable as the the thing itself. I'm doing a 10 day fly-in for stone sheep near Dease, putting in for Grizz in that area, and the elk I saw were in region 1-10 and 2-5. Might as well put in for Bighorns as well, if I can't connect on the fly-in I will rest for a couple weeks and then head toward the East Kootneys if I get lucky.

All I want is the Kamloops lake sheep, an oct. Bison and a van. Island bull draw.... Is that too much to ask for? Guess I will keep dreaming, but I'll still enter. Someone has to win.....

A 90-10 split for residents on allocation, rather then 60-40 or 70-30 that effects me and my family odds on drawing any thing. Last season, another ZERO for 7 for me, which is ZERO for 21 last three seasons. As for my family of four last year, 1 for 16. What a pathetic system we have. Chrusty and her friends have to go!

Crusty and friends have to go !

I really want a jet boat moose hunt this year but not sure where to put in for. I might put in for sheep at kamloops just for fun but this is going to be a moose year for me.

im just gonna put in for everything i can and see where the chips lay , would love an island elk, but think i`ll have to move up north to get that.lol, next years wish list, whitetail ,moose, blackbear, cougar and some grouse is what i hope to get my hands on next year. , need to find me some new hunting partners for mainland hunts though, current crew is allergic to the ferry service..lol

All I would like is for my daughter to be successful in whatever draw she puts in for, she is a new hunter and has been skunked for 2 years now and
getting a little disheartened, of course I explained to her that many of you have had no luck for years so to keep trying.

The only gambling I do is leh draws, cost vs reward is better then my odds at any casino.
It will be interesting to see now that I can't tape a $50 to each if my leh cards if I actually get anything via the electronic draws this year😀

When I was in AB I'd have killed for a grizz tag. Drawing two of them since getting here has been pretty amazing for sure.

I've been fortunate on a few tags as well. Overall I like having the chance at some pretty cool opportunities we have here in BC.

This year a Tat sheep, Kootenay spring grizz, or a Kamloops sheep next fall would be ok ;)

Moose in the Elk Valley. So I can hunt moose where I grew up and my daddy and my daddy's daddy hunted them.
