2015 Bison Hunt and 2015 Pink mountain weather reports

Well folks. Thank you to all the people who gave me updates on the weather and where the bison were being seen. But I have bad news:cry:. We got skunked. The weather was awesome, 12inches of snow with three dumpings of fresh to cover old tracks. There were some singletons on the area around Genesis road and the Halfway, but we just couldn't connect. They move faster than we do I guess, and I find it hard to slog through the snow now. But I guess that's cause I'm out of shape and getting on in years. Anyways, I had a great trip. Any day hunting is still better than work in my opinion:smile:. Met some great people from Shawnigan Lake. Hope they had better luck than me.Wish I had a better story for you all but there it is.

It happens, definitely not a gimme hunt! I agree with you I would take the worst day hunting over the best day at work!

I know some experienced return customers that came up empty this year too don't feel bad. Glad you had a good trip that's the main thing right there ;)
