The first rainbow is 3 3/4 lbs.

It was a great hour out fishing.

Second day out was pretty good too! Just over 6.75 lbs combined and 24 and 5/8" and 24 and 3/8" to the fork.

No smoker yet. Too busy eating the fresh rainbows. Great tasting, no muddy taste. Would like to get some Kokanee and build a smoker. In 3 years I have 1 kokanee to my credit. Sharing the fish with multiple families. We limit ourselves to 2 fish each. LIG

First time at Ness Lake was OK except the dog that the owners couldn't or didn't want to control.Oh yeah the guy that couldn't make it to the treeline and dropped a log 50 yards beside us grunting like a pig..Man I love the outdoor experience but HOLY HELL people come a little better prepared?? Next time I'll bring that guy some T.P. and some earmuffs.Oh yeah we caught 6 Kokanee after 2 hrs.

We did another lake yesterday and I managed 7 Kokanee to my other 2 partners 7 between them.They told me my technique is unorthadox.I told them I ONLY use MIKES LUNKER LOTION to get the BIG ONES.
