So, I read this thing, and Thomson's reply http://www.env.gov.bc.ca/fw/wildlife/management-issues/docs/ltr_response_whr_Dec_9.pdf

Seems like a whole lotta lip service to me, including Thomson's assertion that most of this is underway already, so thanks for your input but we're just gonna carry on.
