Hey there, I'm new to the Hunting BC forum (obviously).

I've been shooting guns since I was little, but never progressed past gophers and squirrels until this year. I'm from the Alberta Rockies but I've been in kamloops for two years now. I spend a lot of this fall bird hunting, shot some riffies, spruce, and a few chukar.

This winter I'm hoping for some coyotes but so far I've been too scared to ask landowner permission what with some folks' current view on firearms and hunting.

Welcome to the site. You will never know the answer to the landowner question, Unless you ask. Ask them if they need some help on the yard, For exchange for hunting their property.

Lots of Yotes on Crown Land, you don't need private land to hunt them.

Joke, or this post didn't happen.

Loops is a good place for coyotes. I lived most of my life there and miss that open country.
