HI. I'm looking for a new spot for one last hunt this mule/blacktail season. I live and hunt in 2-9 all the time because that's where I know and Frank key don't know anybody to show me other places. This area is closed now and I'm hoping there is someone who can help with that and point me to a spot where I could look around somewhere close to Squamish/Pemberton. I only have a small car for transportation but am not fraud of a descent hike. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Who is this Frank Key? A taxidermist or a guiding buddy? You say he doesn't know of any other areas, but I would bet he would know where to look in the regulations to see whats open, and where you'd have to travel to.

drive the carpenter lake road, get north of the dam, find a spur road, find a trail, go hiking, 50/50 chance
