Jesmond Road conditions to Meadow Lake

Anyone been on Jesmond Rd in the last couple of days that can fill me in on the conditions? We will be heading taking Jesmond to Meadow Lake road (aka Dog Creek, Canoe Creek) and then on to the bridge. I figure there was a dump of snow yesterday into today? I know usually these roads usually are no trouble unless it warms up so how are we looking since it is cold?

We will be in a Tacoma and will have 4 chains ready to go.

Any input is appreciated and good luck to those getting out for the last few days in region 5!

snowed a ton in the last two days...think you would have to worry more about the snow drifts...couldn't even find my driveway this morning
