Found multiple cow/calf running around . Sure would
be nice to find a bull. We got onto a bull but he travelled into 8-12 so we had to abort mission. My question is with the snow that has arrived should I be going higher up or focusing on lower areas by water for feeding post rut. I think I'm pulling a 4 day hunt this Friday-Monday. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Was out trying to fill my late bull draw today and found a couple of cows feeding out in the willows on the edge of marshes. Maybe 4 inches of snow at the elevation (17-1800') l was hunting and a fair amount of sign.

Head higher up, buddy borrowed my snowshoes and they filled both shared tags on the weekend.

Saw a lot of sign, a Cow/calf and partner saw a bull up high in 8-10 this past weekend. 12-24" of snow up there.
