3-19/3-18 areas

Hi folks, thinking of trying the 3-19/3-18 areas around Tunkwa or Logan lake. Two questions:

1) Can anyone tell me how the snow/ice is up there?
2) I've heard areas like Paska Lake road can be really busy with quads and bikes, any other areas that I should avoid? I'm hoping to get some boots on the ground and do some hiking.

Just came back two days ago.

About a foot of snow on the ground. More on higher altitude. Traction is good. Heavy traffic.

All the back roads are well polished. It's snowing hard right now. You never have to worry about being stuck long, there will be somebody minutes behind you.
I'd bring my chains.
