Hey Guys, I am teaching a CORE course here in a couple of weeks and have a couple ladies that want to know how to dress their game. I was wondering if any of you have a video on how to do it properly? If you do will you please pm me. Thanks in advance.

What happens to the ribs and tenderloins in the gutless method?...the way I was shown seems like a waste of some meat to me...

I have a special tool to remove the meat from the ribs and tenderloins when doing the gutless method. It's called a knife. Invented in 1942 by a German guy I believe.

ok so you do open up the guts to get the loins and you also strip the rib meat-cool (not going to be able to do sweet and sour or BBQ ribs though)...that is not how I was shown the one time I saw it done ... it was on a gut shot goat on a steep slope though so maybe not the normal way of doing it...
